My specialist typing service is very popular with Solicitors, Patent Attorneys, Trade Mark Agents and Company Secretaries where professional and reliable secretarial expertise is often difficult to find these days.  Urgent deadlines cannot always be predicted and can cause disruption to a business if there is no one reliable to call upon.  I have many years of experience as a Legal Secretary/Audio Typist and PA and also have technical typing expertise.  I take great pride in producing accurate and tidy work with consistency throughout, providing professional and reliable support for you and your business.  I have experience of using Leap Legal Software and Infotrack.

My time can be booked in advance if, for example, to meet a specific deadline or to cover holidays/absenteeism.  No job is ever too small or too big - from typing a one-off letter to formatting large and complex documents (for example a training manual or PowerPoint presentation).  I am friendly and reliable with excellent communication skills and can multi-task effectively.   I transcribe using ExpressScribe Pro software for which I have a license; digital files can be emailed to me and once transcribed I will return the work by email in Word format.  I can also transcribe mini cassettes if required.
